Nourished by the Village: A Community Resource Fair
Nourished by the Village is a community-centered resource fair created to celebrate, support, and pour into expecting parents, breastfeeding families, partners, birth workers, supporters, and community members.
Hosted by MelaMama Maternal Wellness, this event brings families and local organizations together for a day of education, connection, resources, and collective care. Guests can expect to connect with community partners, learn about local maternal and infant health resources, receive support for their feeding and postpartum journey, and experience the power of being surrounded by a village that cares.
Rooted in the theme, “We All We Got: Community, Care, and Collective Power,” this event is a reminder that families thrive when they are supported, seen, and nourished by the people and resources around them.
